I want to place an order. Is it difficult?
Ordering couldn't be easier.
Once you have decided on what you want, just click the "Order" button for that product. You will be taken to a page that confirms your order. This is where you can adjust the quantity of tubes you want. All new production power tubes are sold in pairs. All pre-amp / driver tubes are sold in singles. If you are ordering power tubes, refer to the table below for clarification.
Order Quantity 1 = 2 Matched Tubes
Order Quantity 2 = 4 Matched Tubes
Order Quantity 4 = 8 Matched Tubes
If you want a matched quad, just make sure to tell us you want a matched quad in the "Comments" section of the "Check Out" form.
If you are finished shopping and ready to check out then fill out all of the fields in the one-page check out page. If you are a Yahoo! Member, then you can enter your "Security Key" and all of your information will be filled in automatically. If you are not a Yahoo! Member, then fill out your shipping and billing information. Please make sure to provide the billing information as the address where your credit card statement is sent. You will choose your preferred method of shipping. This page is also where you can add a comment in the "Comments" box at the bottom of the page. If you want to keep shopping, then click the "Keep Shopping" link.
Once you have completed all of neccesary fields, click the "Continue" button to review your order. Once you are satisfied with your order, click the "Send Order" button. Thats it.

Will you confirm my order with an email?
Yes, you will receive at least two emails from us. The first email will confirm that we received your order. The second email will provide you with a tracking number for your order and a link to track the order.

Online security is provided by Yahoo! - One of the must trusted names on the internet. All pages where sensitive information is displayed, such as your credit card number, are completely secure. For more information on our security, read our Privacy and Security Statement.

I want to order multiple items, but the shopping cart won't hold more than one item.
The reason for this is because of your privacy / security settings. If you do not allow cookies, then the system cannot remember what you ordered. To fix this problem, go to the Privacy tab in Internet Options and set the level to Medium-High or lower. Now, go back and add as many items as you want.

What options do you have for shipping?
If you are in the United States, we will ship to you via FedEx service. We offer the following services:
United States Orders:
"FedEx Express Saver" (1-3 business days)
"FedEx Standard Overnight"
International Orders (Outside the US):
"FedEx International Economy" (2-4 business days)
"USPS Express Mail / EMS" (3-5 business days - Tracking Number and Insurance Included)
"USPS Air Parcel Post - CANADA ONLY" (7-14 business days - No Tracking Number)
PLEASE NOTE: We have been having trouble with the Standard Air Parcel Post - $11.95 service. Packages were being lost and there was no way to track these lost packages. We will offer this service if you are willing to take the risk of a lost package. We just do not recommend this service.

I live overseas. Can you ship to me?
We ship to every continent in the world. When you are filling out the order form during checkout, you will be asked what country to ship to. If your country is on the list, then we can ship to you. For our shipping options to your location, please see What options do you have for shipping?

When do you ship the tubes?
All orders placed before 3:00PM Central Monday through Friday are shipped on the same day. Since we operate at the FedEx hub city, all orders shipped via "FedEx Express Saver" can be expected in 1-2 business days; however, some remote cities may take 3 days.

Do your tubes have a warranty? How long?
All of our tubes have a warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase. If your tube fails and is within this time frame, please contact us to receive an RMA number. Once we receive the tube back, we will immediately issue credit to you and you can redeem this credit as a replacement, company credit, or a refund.
